All sales are final – Exchanges only within 30 days of the date of purchase. The returned item must arrive at our location within 30 days of the purchase date. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it for another product of same value or higher as long as the product returned is in new, sealed and in sellable condition. Refunds will only be made if the product you purchase is determined to be defective. There are no exceptions for a refund after this time period. To return an item, you must first contact us phone or by e-mail. We will reply with information regarding how and where to return the item. Returned items must be in resalable condition to receive a refund. ABSOLUTELLY NO refunds or exchanges on open and/or used products. All Returns or exchanges must be accompanied with a copy of the purchase invoice.
Please note you are responsible for shipping and handling when returning merchandise to us. Sorry, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged Shipments or Incorrect Orders
We ship each order with care and special attention but, on occasion orders are damaged in transit or packed incorrectly. If your order is damaged or incorrect when you receive it, please keep ALL the original boxes and packaging material. Give us a call or contact our friendly customer service department at email@example.com within 5 days of receipt of your order, and we will be happy to assist you in making sure you are ultimately happy with your order.
Lost or Stolen items
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If there is an issue with a missing package, contact us and we will provide proof of delivery.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
You are responsible for the accuracy of your order. If you provide us with an incorrect address or missing information for a shipping address, such as a condominium address with an apartment number, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. In the case that the item purchased had a “Free Shipping” offer and needs to be re-shipped, you will be responsible for the costs of shipping. Should you decide to cancel an order that has been shipped; we reserve the right to refund you the cost, less the cost of shipping, plus a re-stocking fee of 15%.

Shipping to a Different Address
If you would like to ship your package to an address than your credit card billing address, we require additional information. You MUST have the phone number of the billing address on the order form so we have the ability to call to confirm your order. If the phone number does not match the phone number you have on file with your credit card company or it does not match the phone number listed in the phone book, for your security, you will be required to fax us a copy of your credit card, the three (3) digit number on the back of your credit card and your signature.

If you request a package be left outside the shipping address you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost or stolen.
